We are seeking a proactive and experienced Regional Business Manager to join our Regional Leadership Team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing business operations across multiple school sites in East of England

Key Responsibilities

Lead and advise on Finance, HR, Administration, and Referrals System Management.
Line manage HR and Senior Admin teams across all school sites.
Drive strategic planning and ensure optimal use of resources.
Prepare and present site budgets with detailed costings.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
Act as Clerk to Governors and support governance functions.
Attend and support Ofsted, H&S, and other regulatory audits.
Lead or support the development of business cases for site improvements.

Requirements

Essential:
GCSEs (Grades AC) or equivalent.
Excellent IT and keyboard skills.
Level 6 qualification in School Business Management (or willingness to undertake).

Desirable:
Experience in the business or education sector.
Familiarity with systems such as iTrent, Charms, Engage, or Job Train.

Skills and Experience

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience supporting senior professionals in a complex environment.
Ability to manage budgets and ensure value for money.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Additional Information

Full-time role with flexibility to select a primary base within the region.
Travel across school sites in East England required.
All staff must complete safeguarding training and adhere to local protection procedures.
