Position Overview: Sketchley Hall are recruiting an outstanding English Lead teacher with teaching responsibilities starting on 20th August 2026. The role involves teaching and supporting young people with autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑quality teaching for classes of no more than six students, using teaching assistants as required.
- Develop well‑structured lessons tailored to each pupil’s learning needs, assess progress regularly, and communicate with teachers, parents and carers to support student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher.
- Strong primary teaching experience and an understanding of effective practice and assessment in early and lower key stages.
