As a Maintenance Assistant in our Care Division, you will be part of a team who help create safe and homely environments for the young people in our residential children's homes.
You will be based at one of our regional hubs but will work mainly at our care homes. You will be provided a vehicle and appropriate tools.

Your responsibilities will include...
- Ensuring that the homes are maintained to a high standard.
- Helping and advising site staff in maintaining grounds to a decent standard.
- Coordinating works undertaken by external contractors as necessary.
- Overseeing the quality of maintenance works undertaken by external contractors, ensuring that they are completed safely, in accordance with Aspris policy and statutory regulations.
- Advising and supporting the homes to ensure that maintenance records and compliance documentation are completed accurately.
