Overview
At Aspris Children’s Services we are searching for a dedicated leader to join and guide our home in Llanelli during the next exciting phase of development. The home supports up to 3 young people aged 8‑17 with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties in a safe, caring, loving and family‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the home.
- Develop and inspire both staff and children to achieve their full potential.
- Plan and oversee activities that meet each child’s individual needs.
- Collaborate with the wider Aspris Group to enhance life opportunities for young people.
Qualifications
- Experience as a childcare practitioner in a residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualification, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Full driving licence.
- Passion for putting children and young people at the centre of all that you do.
