Bridge House School is looking to recruit an outstanding Teacher to join our Teaching team, specialising in SEMH provision. This role is ideal for a teacher with experience delivering a Key Stage 2 curriculum, confident teaching Maths and English to a Year 7 class working below age‑related expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching in Maths and English, drawing on KS2 pedagogy to support learners working significantly below age‑related expectations.

Job Requirements
- Qualified Teacher with experience delivering the KS2 curriculum in an SEMH, SEND or alternative provision setting.
- Resilience to support children with varying degrees of emotional and behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to understand pupils’ needs and collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, able to plan and teach well‑structured lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Compassionate and caring approach towards pupils.
- Attentiveness to the diverse tasks and continuously evolving needs of young people.
