At Aspris, we\’re currently looking to hire a Group IT System and e-Learning Specialist to join our IT Department. The successful candidate will work alongside our Head of IT Implementation and eLearning to ensure that best practice is carried across all Aspris systems and eLearning modules to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
The role:
The purpose of this role is to keep track of delivery of all software updates both relating to new projects as well as ensuring current applications are kept up to date and configured to fit business requirements as well as supporting colleagues with their usage. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure that our eLearning modules are kept up to date and are fit for purpose across central colleagues and operations within our Schools, Colleges and Children\’s Homes.
What will your day to day look like?
- Work alongside the IT Implementation & Training Specialists to support the roll-out of all new systems or features.
- Ensure all application or project milestones are kept on track and reached.
- Liaise proactively with all stakeholders should target dates not be achievable and find a suitable resolution.
- Ensure the Head of IT Implementation & eLearning is updated regularly on progress & informed immediately of any issues.
- Support all colleagues with the use of Aspris systems and undertake ad-hoc training as required
- To support the department with relevant admin tasks as required
Experience:
- UAT processes and reviewing associated processes is desired
- Education MIS and associated applications is required
- Experience of eLearning software and platforms is essential
