Aspris is recruiting a Residential Support Worker in a rural Leicestershire location. The role involves supporting up to three young people aged up to 18 with emotional or behavioural needs, in a structured, 24-hour environment.
You will accompany residents on outings, help with daily activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing home. Continuous CPD and development opportunities are provided, with automatic enrollment onto NVQ/SVQ qualifications within 6 months of starting.
