We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as an Onboarding Coordinator!

You will be responsible for providing a top-class new joiner onboarding experience for new starters joining our business. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same, you will be providing exceptional service to our site locations ensuring candidates successfully complete all of our pre-employment background checks in a timely and supportive manner.

Our new joiners will work with Children and Young People and ensuring our new starters complete pre-employment checks as safely and quickly as possible along with providing a great new joiner experience is our number one priority.

  • Driven to providing excellent customer service
  • Committed to working as part of a close-knit team where everyone works together to support the business and candidates and has fun whilst doing it
  • Resilient individual who can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
