You will drive strategies in behaviour, safeguarding and SENDCo responsibilities, working collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies to secure excellent outcomes.
The role requires a good honours degree, PGCE or equivalent, and QTS, with strong leadership experience and exceptional communication skills.
