Aspris Children's Services are currently recruiting an experienced Children's Home Manager to support our children's homes in the Somerset Area .
Our Children's Homes in the area support children & young people aged 7 to 18 who have complex needs, including autistic spectrum disorder. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment.
We are looking for a confident leader who enjoys developing teams, bringing stability, and moving services forward. The home needs consistent, supportive leadership to rebuild confidence, embed good practice, and create a positive culture for both staff and young people.
The role?
As Peripatetic Manager have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, including:
- Safeguarding
- Quality
- Compliance
- Team development.
- A key focus will be supporting and developing staff, setting clear expectations, and creating a calm, well-run service.
You won’t be doing this alone - you’ll be backed by an experienced leadership team as well as specialist support from wider Aspris teams!
