We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as an Onboarding Coordinator!
The role
You will be responsible for providing a top-class new joiner Onboarding experience for new starters joining our business. This is a fast paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same; you will be providing exceptional service to our site locations ensuring candidates successfully complete all of our pre‑employment background checks in a timely and supportive manner. Our new joiners will work with Children and Young People and ensuring our new starters complete pre‑employment checks as safely and quickly as possible along with providing a great new joiner experience is our number one priority.

- Committed to working as part of a close knit team where everyone works together to support the business and candidates and has fun whilst doing it
- Resilient individual who can perform well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
