Aspris Coleg South Wales are recruiting for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapy team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified, and will be required to work closely with other professionals providing support to students, reporting to the Therapy Manager.

Aspris Coleg South Wales is an independent, specialist co-educational college for young adults aged 16-25 with Aspergers Syndrome, autistic spectrum disorders and associated conditions based at Cwmbran. The college was set up in partnership with Coleg Gwent, the largest further education college in Wales, to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of our young people.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be registered and will hold BSc Speech and Language Therapy or a profession specific equivalent qualification. All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding screening appropriate to the post, including checks with Disclosure & Barring Service and at least 2 references covering the last 3 years; references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our Schools. We ask that you can demonstrate the values needed for a role, transferable skills and life experience and in return we will give you all the training and support you need to progress.
