Tadley Court School is seeking an outstanding Phase Lead to join our successful and forward-thinking specialist school for students aged 4–19 with ASD and SLD/MLD.
The post will start September 2026, with a January 2027 start considered for the right candidate.
You will drive pupil progress, mentor staff, and uphold high teaching standards within your phase, delivering holistic and therapeutic education in a supportive, values-led environment.
