As a Residential Support Worker, you\βll provide emotional support to our young people, some who may display disruptive behaviours, emotional and social difficulties. You will be part of a team who are like-minded and dedicated to caring for our children, working to create positive relationships.

So, what will my responsibilities be ?
- Help with day-to-day activities such as getting the young people washed, dressed and out to school.
- Taking the young people on days out, think theme parks, bowling alleys, cinemas and zoos!
- Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of the children.
- Undertake housekeeping and maintain standards of hygiene within the home.
- To support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm and nurturing environment is delivered and developed in line with Aspris\β core values.
