Paperbag Cottage is a welcoming residential children's home located on the edge of Lymington, nestled within the beautiful New Forest.
Our home can accommodate up to four young people and provides high-quality, individualised care to children and young people with a range of emotional, behavioural and learning needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be at the centre of the fun!
Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously.
This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
