Overview

Bridge House Independent School in Boston, Lincolnshire is seeking to employ a Pastoral Mentor to work with our Secondary age children. Everything we do at Bridge House is about the future success of our students who have found themselves outside of mainstream education due to their Social, Emotional or Mental-Health needs. The children access a broad curriculum, with a wide range of learning opportunities which are taught, alongside self-regulation and social skills, within our warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment.

Our ideal candidate is someone with the passion and commitment needed to make a difference to some of the most vulnerable children within our society. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of supporting young people within SEN.
