Rugeley School are recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our support team! We are looking for passionate people to make sure our sites are safe and comfortable, whilst covering all aspects of housekeeping. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the homes and will have a flexible approach and be able to respond quickly to requests for assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily cleaning schedules.
- Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed.
- Apply knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to the role.
Key Characteristics:
- Communication: Interact with young people who may have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties.
- Organisation: Supervise staff team, keep confident and organised in record keeping, log issues on internal computer systems, and keep up to date with routine maintenance checks.
- Attentive: Be attentive to understand each job and identify areas where we can support.
