Deputy Home Manager

Our children’s home in Wisbech is recruiting for a Deputy Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support and care for our young people and be responsible for a small staff team. We are a small and nurturing home in Wisbech that cares for four young people between the ages of 8 – 18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Our young people are supported at the home and in the community and are encouraged to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase their confidence and sense of belonging. We have a lovely home that supports independence and self-care skills so the young people can be independent in the future. We are currently rated as Good with Ofsted but hope to improve on this further. Everyone that visits talks about how homely and child focused the home is.
