Asprey London Limited are seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our team. As a key ambassador for our heritage brand, you will drive sales, cultivate enduring client relationships, and contribute to a seamless, memorable customer experience in line with our highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • To fully support the management team in the achievement of the retail mission, vision, sales and customer service targets.
  • To deliver the ultimate customer experience, acting appropriately to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • To uphold all company procedures, promote a good work ethic, remain motivated and sales driven.
  • To be proactive in developing long-term client relationships and building a solid client-book.
  • To handle and care for merchandise in order to avoid and minimise loss.
  • To communicate upwards at all times to ensure openness and positive interaction.
  • To communicate with and treat colleagues fairly, equally and with respect, supporting each other in training and development, motivating each other and harnessing a team spirit.
  • To actively sell merchandise ensuring the brand's integrity is upheld.
  • To take all necessary care in the provision of a healthy and safe working environment for themselves and for those working around them.
