Digital Infrastructure & Governance Manager

The Asprey Group are seeking a self-motivated Digital Infrastructure & Governance Lead. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the digital systems, automations, and compliance frameworks that support cross-functional business transformation. The post-holder will also serve as a key point of continuity across infrastructure, information security, and ESG, acting as the internal guardian of platform governance and executional rigour. This role owns the technical “how” that supports the wider strategic “what” and “why.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain operational tools using PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and other low-code platforms
  • Act as internal systems owner for governance and configuration across Shopify, SAP, Power Platform, and related tools
  • Deliver operational elements of cross-functional initiatives, especially where technical workflows or compliance measures are involved
  • Coordinate InfoSec and ESG execution across departments, maintaining audit-ready documentation and process adherence
  • Provide infrastructure support coverage during the Global IT Lead’s absence, including user support triage and vendor liaison
  • Maintain access control, licensing, platform logs, and documentation across all core systems
  • Support training and adoption of digital tools across the organisation, especially where automation, security, or data integrity are involved
  • Actively identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions or workflows that reduce manual effort and increase reliability

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong low-code development capability (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists)
  • High operational discipline; able to build structure around ambiguous or fragmented workflows
  • Working knowledge of InfoSec principles, user access control, and basic compliance best practice
  • Comfortable acting as systems owner across SaaS tools; capable of liaising with both technical vendors and non-technical staff
  • Self-motivated and dependable; able to deliver hands-on outputs without constant direction
  • Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues alike

Qualifications and Training Required

  • Demonstrable experience building business tools using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Shopify, SAP Business One, Microsoft 365
  • Prior exposure to InfoSec, ESG, or infrastructure governance desirable
  • Project coordination or delivery experience preferred
  • ITIL, Microsoft Fundamentals, or similar certifications beneficial but not essential
