About the Role

As our Lead Visual Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a brand that connects across borders and resonates with millions. This is a rare opportunity to join early, build a brand from the ground up, and see your work come to life everywhere — from out‑of‑home campaigns to mobile screens and product surfaces. You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands‑on design execution, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to bring cohesive, high‑impact creative to market.

What You’ll Own

  • Bring the brand to life across all touchpoints: out‑of‑home, social media, CRM, in‑app placements, brand campaigns, and more.
  • Design bold, consistent, and high‑performing marketing assets tailored for global audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Content to maintain visual coherence and strengthen storytelling across channels.
  • Champion creative excellence — ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail while balancing speed and scalability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design systems to ensure visual consistency across product and marketing.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creative range, and storytelling capability.
  • Experience working with or developing brands, ideally in collaboration with agencies or creative studios.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and motion principles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and full of ideas — with a passion for building brands that people genuinely feel connected to.
