Search is the talent arm of the Aspiron Group – alongside Aspiron Influence (PR and communications) and Aspiron Ventures (capital). Together we're the growth accelerator for early-stage cybersecurity companies, giving founders talent, PR and investment as they scale, grow and exit. For you, that means walking into relationships most recruiters spend years trying to build, and working next to the people running the other two.

From sales to search
You don't need recruitment experience for this role. More sales ability. If you've built a pipeline, pitched, negotiated and closed, you have the foundation – search is the same job with a different product and a much bigger fee. We'll teach you the rest.
And because commission is uncapped with accelerators, there's no ceiling on where that goes. Your effort translates directly into your earnings.

- You'll become a specialist, not a generalist. Cybersecurity is our only lane. You'll build genuine expertise and a network of founders, investors and operators that most recruiters never get near.

- You'll have fun whilst working hard. Off-site sales kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, lunch clubs, town halls where your ideas get heard. A small, focused team that takes the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. And you'll get sea air on your lunch break instead of a packed commute.

- Sales experience
- Resilience and drive – search is competitive and results-driven, and you'll need to brush off rejection and keep going
- Hustle with judgment – you chase hard and think smart
- Curiosity about cybersecurity – you don't need to be a technical expert on day one, but you'll want to become one
- Comfort with ambiguity – early-stage clients move fast and change direction; you'll move with them
