We're looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally-savvy Content & Social Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a passion for storytelling, and loves crafting content that genuinely connects with an audience.
You will sit at the heart of Aspiron's brand and marketing efforts, working directly with the Director of Marketing to produce content that amplifies our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. From short-form video to podcast editing and event coverage, you'll have real creative ownership and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Content Creation & Video
- Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips) that showcases our brand, team, and thought leadership.
- Edit and repurpose podcast episodes (CyberBytes) into engaging social-ready clips and audiograms.
- Write compelling captions, copy, and blog-style posts that reflect Aspiron's voice and tone.
- Design on-brand graphics and visual assets for use across social, email, and events.
- Use AI tools to support and accelerate content creation, from generating video ideas and scripts to editing clips, enhancing visuals, and optimising copy for different platforms while maintaining Aspiron's tone and quality.
- Social Media Management
- Own our social media channels: day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and community management.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to business milestones, campaigns, and industry events.
- Monitor trends, engage with our online community, and identify opportunities to grow our following.
- Brand/Campaign Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter content.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all external-facing channels and materials.
What We're Looking For
- Essential
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Strong video editing skills - comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, Riverside or similar.
- A genuine love of social media and a clear understanding of what makes content perform across LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Creative eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Excellent written communication skills.

- Experience or interest in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with email platforms (Hubspot).
- Experience with scheduling tools.
- Video or photography skills.
- Confident using AI agents (Claude, ChatGBT).
