We are seeking receptionists to join our team at Aspiro Healthcare covering four general practice locations in Derby (Hollybrook, Sinfin, Haven and Parkfields). The role involves providing high‑quality reception and administration services, ensuring patient satisfaction and contributing to practice efficiency and effectiveness. You will work Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 18:30, with Saturday shifts from 08:45 to 13:00. The practice operates in a fast‑paced, busy environment and we are looking for proactive and motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and support patients in primary care.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the Aspiro team and patients.
- Use and operate a computer‑based system; knowledge of SystmOne is advantageous.
- Manage a varied workload with excellent organisational skills.
- Use attention to detail and initiative in all tasks.
Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience as a receptionist or in administration.
