An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit additional Salaried GPs at Aspiro Healthcare Derby. These are new posts created in response to Capacity and Access funding and support improvements in patient access. We are seeking 2-3 motivated and committed GPs to join our team, with up to 14 sessions available. The positions are offered on a fixed-term basis of 18 months in order to support our enhanced and extended access provision, helping to increase appointment availability and improve patient experience.

Aspiro Healthcare Derby is a dynamic, forward-thinking practice with a proud history of developing our clinical team, serving a population of 40,000 patients across four sites. We are a training practice and the entire team shares an educational ethos while looking after our medical students, FY2s and GP registrars. As a Tier 2 registered organisation with training status, we can offer opportunities with a supportive environment for a GP that is newly qualified or requires a Tier 2 visa, and we would also welcome experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload of GPs to ensure they work in a safe and caring environment.
  • Agree on a job plan in line with the standard BMA contract.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree.
  • Full GMC Registration.
  • Entry on the National Performers List as a General Practitioner.

Pay: £10,500 per session per annum, and onwards dependent on skill set and experience.
