Join our Team as an IT Technical Delivery Manager at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL).
Salary: Up to £TBC per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
You will support the Head of IT in developing and maintaining the IT strategy and deputise when required. You will design, architect and deliver secure and cost-effective technology solutions aligned to business needs. You will manage IT infrastructure, platforms, connectivity and cloud services to ensure availability, performance and security. You will act as project manager and change manager, ensuring best practice delivery and excellent customer experience. You will manage third-party suppliers and service partners to ensure value, security and contractual compliance. You are responsible for major incident, disaster recovery, vulnerability management and continual service improvement.
Qualifications:
- ITIL awareness
- Microsoft certification
- Strong technical expertise and project management experience or qualification

- Delivering IT platforms with measurable business benefit
- Providing technical delivery and support across infrastructure, service and security

Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent in a computing, engineering, mathematics or business-related discipline
- Knowledge of information security, audit and IT service management
