Your Role:
You will be ensuring all work is undertaken safely in line with legislation and company safety values while promoting a ‘Safety First Always’ culture. You will be supporting the Estates team by maintaining administrative processes, systems and accurate records across databases and IT systems. You will be acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and visitors, ensuring queries are handled efficiently or signposted appropriately. You will be liaising with team members, external stakeholders and contractors to coordinate workloads, access and completion of maintenance activities. You will be preparing documentation, including reports, letters, meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with company standards. You will be assisting with scheduling, timesheet checks, raising orders, and general office administration including filing and archiving.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have a minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including Grade C in English Language and Maths.
Experience: You will have proven experience in office administration, ideally within a technical environment, with strong organisational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Skills: You will demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork and customer focus, with the ability to adapt to change, maintain attention to detail, and consistently deliver high-quality work in line with safety standards.
