Aspired Talent are currently recruiting for a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver / Yard Operative to join our client in the Wigan area. This is a varied role involving multi-drop deliveries to both residential and retail customers, as well as supporting operations within the yard when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries throughout the local area
- Delivering products safely and efficiently to customers' designated delivery locations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Manual handling and lifting of products
- Assisting with general yard duties and warehouse support as required
- Completing vehicle checks and maintaining delivery records
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
- Previous van driving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
