Aspired Talent are looking for a Yard Operative with FLT Counterbalance licence in Trafford Park (M17). We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and fast-paced site based in Trafford Park on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors and in a yard environment.

- Location: Trafford Park, M17
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Pay Rate: £14.14 per hour
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Holiday: 25 days paid holiday accrued per year
Duties Include
- General yard operative duties
- Cleaning and sorting pallets
- Cleaning IBC containers
- Moving IBC with FLT counterbalance
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and organised
- Assisting with general site housekeeping
- Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous yard or construction experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
