Aspired Talent is pleased to be recruiting a Senior Design Engineer on behalf of our client based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative organisation at a pivotal stage in its development, offering the chance to take ownership of complex, end-to-end product development programmes within a high-performing R&D environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, the Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for leading product development activities from initial concept through to production validation and manufacturing launch. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, operations, and commercial functions to deliver high-quality, compliant medical devices. You will play a key role in clearly communicating design intent, technical decisions, and project progress, ensuring alignment and stakeholder engagement throughout the development lifecycle.
