Aspired Talent is recruiting General Operatives for a highly efficient and well-organised doorset manufacturing facility in Radcliffe. The operative will play a vital role in preparing high-specification doorsets for painting. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality are essential, as every product must meet strict manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sanding doorsets to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish
- Checking joints to ensure they are correctly fitted and aligned
- Cleaning and preparing finished products for painting
- Identifying and reporting defects or quality concerns
- Following production instructions and quality procedures
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage

Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 10:30am - 2:00pm
