Aspired Talent are currently recruiting Forklift Counterbalance Drivers on behalf of our client based in Widnes WA8.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.58 per hour
Job Description: As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and yard. Your duties will include:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload deliveries
- Moving stock to designated storage areas
- Supplying production or warehouse areas with materials as required
- Checking goods for damage and reporting any issues
- Completing basic paperwork or scanner work where required
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when not on the forklift
- Following all health & safety procedures and site rules
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
