Temporary Team Leader – Food Production Liverpool- L33 - Must be able to get to site as public transport is limited. Up to £16.82 per hour. Typical hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexibility Required). Start Date: End of May.
Aspired Talent are currently recruiting for a Temporary Team Leader to support a busy food production site in Liverpool. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring previous food production experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to support day-to-day production operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating production teams across shifts
- Supporting daily production targets and operational efficiency
- Overseeing machine operations, including vessel work
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained
