Aspired Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client in Blackburn for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

- Salary of £38,100 per annum
- Permanent, full-time position
- Monday to Thursday working pattern – enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
- Substantial overtime available paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating production teams to achieve targets
- Managing day-to-day manufacturing operations

- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance
Essential Skills & Experience
