Aspired Talent is recruiting an Assembly Operative for our client in the Radcliffe area. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and the chance to secure a permanent position.
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am–5:00pm
- Friday: 10:30am–2:00pm
Key duties:
- Assembling doors and frames
- Using hand and power tools
- Measuring and fitting components accurately
- Inspecting finished products for quality
- Following production instructions and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience
- Be confident using hand and power tools
- Have good attention to detail
- Be reliable and able to work well as part of a team
- Be comfortable completing practical, hands-on duties
