About the Role:
As a Cooking/Processor Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—following recipes in a mass food production environment creating samples for companies like Marks and Spencers, Costa and Cadburys!
Flexible working hours Monday to Friday:
Start at either 06.30/07.30/08.30am and finish either 3.30/4.30/5.30pm
What You’ll Do:
Operate cooking equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Prepare ingredients according to specified recipes.
Monitor cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the production area.
Follow health and safety and food safety regulations (HACCP).
Assist with packing and labeling where necessary.
Report any production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
