Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: £19.55 - £39.10 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Role
Working in a rotating shift pattern, you will:
- Carry out high-quality MIG welding on precision-engineered components
- Work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on quality
- Use overhead cranes and jigs to handle and assemble heavy-duty components
- Collaborate within a team that prioritises safety and high standards
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to pass a trade test

Shift Patterns
- Days: Mon-Thurs: 08:00 - 16:00, Fri: 08:00 - 12:30
- Afternoons: Mon-Thurs: 16:00 - 00:00, Fri: 12:30 - 17:00
- Nights: Mon-Thurs: 00:00 - 08:00, Fri: 17:00 - 21:30
Shift Pay Rates
- Day Shift: £19.55/hr
- Afternoon Shift: £23.46/hr
- Night Shift: £26.39/hr
- Overtime (Mon-Sat): £29.33/hr
- Overtime (Sunday): £39.10/hr
