Aspired Talent is recruiting Pallet Inspectors and Pallet Repairers to join our clients busy operation in Carrington. These are long-term opportunities offering consistent hours, excellent team support, and a great working atmosphere.

Start: 13th July

Site Tour: 8th July

Shift: Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay Rates:

  • Pallet Inspector: £12.71 per hour
  • Pallet Repairer: £14.00 per hour

The Role:

  • Pallet Inspector: Inspect incoming pallets for damage and quality. Assess whether pallets should be repaired or disposed of. Allocate pallets to the appropriate department or waste. Receive full training to progress into a Pallet Repairer role.
  • Pallet Repairer: Repair damaged wooden pallets using hand and power tools. Ensure repaired pallets meet quality and safety standards. Work efficiently to maintain production targets.

If you already have experience in pallet repair, woodworking, construction, or a similar hands-on role, you may be able to start immediately as a Pallet Repairer on the higher £14.00 per hour rate.
