An experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products. The role requires a people-focused supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is passionate about leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high operational standards.
