We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy manufacturing operation in Blackburn.
Aspired Talent are looking for Night Production operatives who are reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a 4-day night shift pattern, working Monday to Thursday from 7:00pm until 7:00am.
The First 12 weeks will be on days 7am till 7pm as you will be trained how to do the job. After 12 weeks training you will go upto £14.62 per hour.
The Role
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Assembling and preparing products to required standards
- Carrying out quality checks
- Following health & safety and company procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Please note that training will initially take place on the day shift, so applicants must be available to complete training during daytime hours before moving onto the permanent night shift.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on production role
- Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
