Aspired Talent Recruiting are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based in the WN5 area.
This Position will be starting in October.
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. May need to work weekends due to busy period.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with queries and providing excellent customer service.
Your duties will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Communicating with customers via web chat.
- Providing customers with updates on where their orders are and expected delivery times.
- Dealing with queries relating to damaged or missing items.
- Investigating customer issues and working with other departments to find suitable solutions.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process.
- Recording customer interactions and ensuring information is accurately logged.
- Building positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and listening skills.
- Is confident speaking to customers over the phone and through web chat.
- Remains calm and professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Has a positive, helpful attitude.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple customer queries.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
