Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Aspired Talent is recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor on behalf of a growing food production business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established site and play a key role in shaping hygiene standards, processes, and team performance from the ground up.

The successful candidate will initially complete a training period of several weeks on a 2:00pm – 10:00pm shift, before moving permanently onto the night shift (10:00pm – 6:00am, Monday to Friday).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in challenging environments and enjoys making a real impact. As the site continues to develop, you will be instrumental in building a strong hygiene culture, developing the hygiene team, and supporting the business through its growth journey.

We are looking for an individual who understands the realities of working within a new operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate resilience, determination, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support the hygiene team during night operations.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities are completed to the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor hygiene performance and implement improvements where required.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures, food safety regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with production and management teams to support operational goals.
