About the Role
Aspired Talent is recruiting for a Hygiene Supervisor on behalf of a growing food production business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established site and play a key role in shaping hygiene standards, processes, and team performance from the ground up.
The successful candidate will initially complete a training period of several weeks on a 2:00pm - 10:00pm shift, before moving permanently onto the night shift (10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the hygiene team during night operations.
- Ensure all cleaning activities are completed to the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor hygiene performance and implement improvements where required.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, food safety regulations, and audit requirements.
- Work closely with production and management teams to support operational goals.
