Aspired Talent are looking for Forklift counterbalance drivers for our client in WA3. Hours are Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load and unload HGVs safely and efficiently using a 4-directional FLT, ensuring loads are secure and compliant with transport requirements.
- Accurately pick, scan and book stock in and out using handheld barcode scanning devices.
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded in real time to maintain accurate system stock levels.
- Put away and store goods in designated locations in line with warehouse layout and procedures.
- Carry out daily FLT checks and report any defects or safety concerns immediately.
- Work to loading schedules and transport plans, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across all working areas.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and challenge unsafe behaviours where necessary.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the warehouse operation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments as required.
- Demonstrate, communicate, and always integrate the WHL Core Values.
- Willingness and flexibility to work as part of a wider team, provide cover and adapt to changing priorities within your role and the overall business; as such this is not an exhaustive list of duties, and you may be expected to perform different tasks from time to time.

- Accuracy: Picking, scanning, and loading accuracy (minimal errors / NCRs).
- Productivity: Loading/unloading times and overall work rate.
- Stock Integrity: Real-time and correct use of scanning systems.
- Health & Safety: Compliance with procedures, incident reduction.
- Attendance & Timekeeping: Adherence to scheduled hours.
