Aspired talent are looking for an Internal Business Development manager for our Client in Chorley.
Job Role:-
Outbound telephone communication with customers. You'll play a key role in developing positive customer relationships, driving brand product and services awareness, loyalty and sales whilst gathering valuable customer insights, and supporting the achievement of our sales and growth goals.
Processing and administering customer enquiries, from costing through to quotation and completion.
Updating the CRM system with customer and supplier information.
Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Pushing out into the field to visit customer and develop target regions if required.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm
This role will be UK & Ireland market focussed, where you will be allocated target customer accounts to grow and develop. This role will be incentivised in the form of commission payments on delivering sales growth which will be calculated and paid as earned on a quarterly basis (uncapped). Profile of target Customers will include Existing, Lapsed, Onboarding New Customers and Target New Market Prospective Customers.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets
4) RELATING TO PEOPLE INTERNALLY This role will work very closely with Sales, Marketing and wider PAR Group teams.
5) RELATING TO PEOPLE EXTERNALLY Key interactions outside of PAR Group will be with Customers and Prospective Customers, may be from time to time with Key Product Suppliers and potentially marketing agencies PAR Group might work with outside its own in house expertise.
6) KEY COMPETENCIES / CAPABILITIES Commercially aware, Sales Driven, Ability to Retain Base Product Information with Strong Customer Engagement skills.
7) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This business development role is internally based but will present opportunities for successful candidates to push out into the field to see Customers from time to time to follow up on qualified opportunities and attend industry networking and trade event representing our PAR Group and R&G Fluid Power businesses.
