Aspired Talent is recruiting on behalf of our client in Blackburn for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products. This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high operational standards.
