Packing Operative – Luxury Wood Manufacturing, Temp to Perm!

Location: Northampton, NN4 Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.30-5 and Friday 7.30-2

Aspired Talent is recruiting for a Packing Operative to join a specialist manufacturer of luxury wooden drawers and doorsets in Northampton.

The company supplies high-end customers, meaning quality, presentation and attention to detail are absolutely paramount.

Key Responsibilities

Carefully inspect luxury drawers, doorsets and wooden components before packing.

Check products for marks, scratches, damage or manufacturing defects.

Ensure every item meets strict quality and presentation standards.

Clean and prepare finished products before packaging.

Wrap and protect products using the correct packaging materials.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during storage and transportation.

Follow customer specifications and packing instructions accurately.
