Embroidery Operative

Aspired talent are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operators to join our growing production team. This is a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key – only applicants with proven experience operating multi-head embroidery machines will be considered.Also have experience in using design software. Key Responsibilities • Operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines to produce high-quality branded garments • Ensure all designs are stitched accurately to specification (including placement, colour, and sizing) • Carry out basic machine maintenance and routine quality control checks • Maintain a tidy and organised workspace Shift Patterns • Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm Requirements • Proven experience with multi-head embroidery machines (single-head experience not applicable) • Able to work independently and consistently meet production targets • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
