Aspired talent are seeking experienced CNC Operators to join our production team in Preston specialising in flat bed CNC routers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong woodworking background and hands-on experience setting and operating CNC machinery.

Hours are 7am till 4pm or 8am till 5pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday\βs.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate flat bed CNC routers
Set tooling and ensure correct tool selection for each job
Edit CNC programmes to suit production requirements
Load materials and ensure accurate machining to specifications
Monitor machine performance and quality of finished components
Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Work in line with company quality standards and Health & Safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 yearsβ experience setting and operating CNC flat bed routers
Proven ability to set tooling and edit CNC programmes
Experience working in a woodworking or joinery environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality
