Aspired Talent is recruiting multiple FLT Drivers on behalf of our client based in Buckingham.

Position: FLT Bendi/FLEXI Driver

Location: Buckingham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Start Date: Immediate starts available

An experienced and safety-conscious FLT Bendi Driver responsible for the safe movement, storage and distribution of raw materials, packaging and finished products within a busy food production facility. The role may involve working within chilled or colder warehouse environments at times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Load, unload, move and store raw materials, packaging and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Accurately pick and put away stock using warehouse management systems and stock control procedures.
  • Carry out daily pre-use safety checks on the FLT and report any defects promptly.
  • Ensure products are stored correctly, maintaining stock rotation (FIFO) and food safety standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Complete stock movements accurately and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support general warehouse duties when required, including manual handling and housekeeping.
  • Comply with all Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and company hygiene procedures.

Pay Rates: £13.22 per hour PAYE + holiday accrual, £14.82 per hour PAYE (holiday pay included)

Requirements: FLT Bendi/Flexi licence essential.
